• Never make internet banking transactions on shared computers because shared computers may have programs that record your user name and password secretly.
• Do not use the web pages that are offered via e-mail or in another media. Do not log on to the internet branch if you are directed from different pages.

It shall protect you from most of key loggers, which are installed into your computer outside your knowledge and record the keys you enter from your keyboard. Since the E-Keyboard can not protect you completely, you have to use personal firewall and always keep your antivirus software and operating system up-to-date.
• You need to pay attention to the below-given rules while determining your passwords.
• Password should contain at least 8 characters.
• Be 6 characters long.
• Must not include your date of birth, national ID number, customer number, or phone number.
• Not consist of sequential numbers like 123456.
• Not contain three or more consecutive repeating characters.
• Not consist of repeating patterns (e.g., 132132, 246246, etc.).
• Not be the same as your last three passwords.
